On Thursday 9th November, Y3 enjoyed stepping into the shoes of a person who lived in the Stone Age. They learned all about the beliefs of Stone Age and Bronze Age people as well as exploring their worshipping practices and rituals. The children compared and contrasted the different lifestyles of hunters, gatherers and early farmers. They also learned how their ancestors developed tools to hunt and survive, where they went to trade and how they gathered grains to grind them into flour. During the day, they even met a tribe member! A fantastic day was had by all.
