Outdoor Learning

We are very lucky at Northfield to have such wonderful grounds and we love getting out in the fresh air! We are very proud of the work we do in our allotment growing fruits and vegetables. This, along with our work helping the environment, has helped us achieve the Green Flag status for Eco Schools for over 5 years.

 

All of our children participate in ‘Foresty Friday’ sessions throughout the school year. We LOVE learning outdoors and getting to know our natural environment. We have gained the Gold Green Tree Schools Award and are currently working towards Platinum.
