Mindfulness

 

Mindfulness is beneficial to mental wellbeing and physcial wellbeing. Practicing Mindfulness regularly can help to improve your outlook on life, make you feel calmer and less anxious. At Northfield we practice simple Mindfulness meditations and body sensations as part of our work on improving wellbeing.
