Yesterday was one of Northfield's favourite days- World Book Day!
It was amazing to see everyone's costumes and the effort all children went to. From traditional tales to new books, we loved seeing them!
Each class had a wonderful day delving into their choice of book from our new whole class reading scheme. Classes looked at the characters in their book, settings and even wrote their own versions. In the afternoon, lower school and upper school shared their work with each other in the hope to inspire them to read different books.
Our paper plate competition was again a huge success! We were absolutely blown away by the ideas and creativity; it was so hard to chose. Therefore, we have chosen multiple winners in each year group.
